Biography
Is a Moroccan professional photographer based in the historic city of Salé, with over 19 years of experience behind the lens. Since beginning his photographic journey in 2006, Said has cultivated a deep passion for travel, landscape, portrait, and night photography—capturing the soul of places and people across the world.
His work spans both commercial and humanitarian projects, taking him to diverse regions where he documents stories with a sensitive, human-centered approach. Said’s photography balances artistic expression with a documentary spirit, often rendered in striking black and white.
Throughout his career, Said has received numerous accolades for his visual storytelling. Among his most notable achievements:
Winner – Chefchaouen Mediterranean Photography Festival, 2015
4th Place – El Jadida International Horse Show Photography Contest (Sony Middle East), 2018
Shortlisted – Hamdan International Photography Award (HIPA), United Arab Emirates, 2019

Said continues to exhibit his work and collaborate with institutions such as Nikon School Morocco, all while building a lasting visual archive of his travels—especially across Africa, a continent that has inspired him for over two decades.
